Flaming Margarita

Ingredients

0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

0.5 oz Blue agave

1 oz Gold tequila

1 oz Silver tequila

1 oz Cointreau liquor

Instructions

Mix all ingredients into a shaker. Use Hornito's tequila.

Add ice and shake well for at least 30 seconds

Fill glass with fresh ice. Pour mix into glass and add metal straw. Serve to drinker/customer. Place 1/2 lemon peel on top of glass and fill with 151 rum. Light up the rum. Let it burn for at least 30 seconds. Tell customer to bury the lemon in the drink and lightly stir.
